Olga decided to name her olive oil Proastio after a small village in Mani, Greece where her family comes from.
The village has approximately 300 residents, and Olga's goal is to support the village farmers of Proastio and surrounding villages.
Unlike other oils, Proastio Olive Oil is not blended with other oils from Italy or Spain and then processed to have a consistent taste.
Proastio is pure Greek olive oil (we think it is the best in the world!) and you can now buy it locally in the Chicago area.
We currently sell 750ml bottles that are great for gift giving for any occasion, or to use in your own kitchen!
